NeoGen Plasma Treatments & Prices
One Technology. Multiple Skin Concerns.
A Treatment Plan Designed Around You.
NeoGen Plasma is an advanced skin regeneration treatment that uses controlled nitrogen plasma energy to deliver precisely controlled thermal energy into the skin.
Unlike laser treatments, NeoGen does not rely on a particular wavelength or target pigment within the skin. Medical-grade nitrogen is converted into plasma and delivered in controlled pulses, transferring thermal energy through the skin and stimulating a regenerative response.
Depending on the energy selected, this can produce three important effects:
Tightening – controlled heating creates an immediate thermal effect within the skin and initiates longer-term tissue remodelling.
Regeneration – the healing response stimulates fibroblast activity and the production and remodelling of collagen and other components of the dermal matrix.
Resurfacing – at appropriate treatment energies, damaged superficial tissue is progressively replaced as the skin regenerates.
This is why the same NeoGen technology can be adapted for concerns ranging from fine lines and skin laxity to acne scarring and selected skin lesions.
At Sculpture Clinic, NeoGen is always consultation-led. Your treatment area, energy, number of passes, treatment interval and recommended course are selected according to your skin, clinical indication, desired outcome and acceptable recovery time.
Results are progressive. Although some changes may become apparent relatively early, collagen remodelling continues for several months after treatment.
Face, Eyes & Neck
Eyes
£350 per treatment
Recommended course: typically 3 treatments
The skin around the eyes is considerably thinner than many other areas of the face and is often one of the first places to show fine lines, crepiness and loss of elasticity.
How NeoGen helps
Controlled nitrogen plasma energy transfers heat into the skin surrounding the eyes, creating controlled thermal modification and stimulating a regenerative response.
Over the following weeks and months, dermal remodelling can improve the structure and quality of the skin, helping to soften fine lines and improve the appearance of mild-to-moderate periorbital wrinkles and laxity.
Clinical research has demonstrated improvement in mild-to-moderate periorbital wrinkles following a course of three nitrogen plasma treatments.
What can it help with?
Fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes, crepey skin, skin quality, texture and mild-to-moderate laxity.
What should I expect?
For progressive treatments, we commonly recommend a course of 3 treatments, with the precise interval and energy determined during consultation.
Higher-energy treatment may be considered where more intensive remodelling is required, but this involves greater recovery time.
Neck
£350 per treatment
Recommended course: typically 3 treatments
The neck can develop fine lines, crepiness, uneven texture and increasing laxity as collagen and elastin structures change with age and cumulative environmental exposure.
How NeoGen helps
Nitrogen plasma transfers controlled thermal energy through the epidermis and into the dermis.
This stimulates a healing and remodelling response rather than simply treating the surface appearance of the skin. Progressive collagen remodelling can improve skin quality, texture and the appearance of lines and laxity.
What can it help with?
Neck lines, crepey skin, uneven texture, photodamage, skin quality and mild-to-moderate laxity.
What should I expect?
Most patients undergoing progressive NeoGen treatment will be advised to consider approximately 3 treatments.
More intensive treatment may require fewer sessions but involves increased downtime.
Full Face
£500 per treatment
Eyes are not included.
Recommended course: typically 3 treatments
Full-face NeoGen is designed for patients wanting to improve overall skin quality rather than treating one isolated concern.
How NeoGen helps
NeoGen delivers controlled nitrogen plasma energy across the face, creating a thermal effect through the skin architecture.
The resulting regenerative response encourages epidermal renewal and dermal remodelling, including new collagen formation.
Rather than simply targeting one wrinkle or area, treatment can therefore address several components of skin ageing simultaneously.
What can it help with?
Fine lines, wrinkles, enlarged pores, uneven texture, photodamage, uneven skin tone, loss of firmness and general skin ageing.
What should I expect?
A progressive programme will commonly involve 3 treatments, although some patients may benefit from additional sessions or a different energy strategy.
Your treatment is personalised according to what we identify during your consultation and skin assessment.
Full Face + Eyes
£700 per treatment
Recommended course: typically 3 treatments
This treatment combines complete facial NeoGen with targeted treatment around the upper and lower eye area.
It is particularly suited to patients whose concerns involve both general facial ageing and more noticeable changes around the eyes.
How NeoGen helps
Different facial areas can be treated according to their individual characteristics rather than using exactly the same treatment parameters everywhere.
This allows us to create a treatment plan addressing overall skin regeneration alongside more targeted periorbital rejuvenation.
What can it help with?
Overall facial ageing, fine lines, wrinkles, skin texture, pores, skin quality, loss of firmness and lines or crepiness around the eyes.
Complete Face + Neck + Eyes
£750 per treatment
Recommended course: typically 3 treatments
Our most comprehensive NeoGen treatment for patients wanting a coordinated approach to facial, eye and neck rejuvenation.
Why combine these areas?
Ageing rarely occurs in isolation.
Improving the face while leaving significant changes around the eyes or neck untreated can produce an incomplete result.
Treating the face, eyes and neck as part of one programme allows us to create a more balanced regenerative approach.
What can it help with?
Fine lines and wrinkles, eye-area ageing, neck lines, crepiness, skin texture, pores, photodamage, skin quality and loss of firmness.
Lip Lines & Perioral Rejuvenation
£395 per treatment
Recommended course: typically 3 treatments
Vertical lines around the mouth can develop through repeated movement combined with progressive loss of collagen, elasticity and dermal support.
How NeoGen helps
Targeted nitrogen plasma treatment produces controlled thermal modification within the perioral skin.
The subsequent regenerative response encourages collagen remodelling and improvement in the quality and structure of the skin surrounding the mouth.
What can it help with?
Vertical lip lines, fine wrinkles, crepey texture and general deterioration in perioral skin quality.
What should I expect?
A course of approximately 3 treatments is commonly recommended for progressive treatment.
Deeper established lines may require a more intensive programme and cannot always be completely removed.
Décolletage
£500 per treatment
Recommended course: typically 3 treatments
The upper chest is frequently affected by cumulative UV exposure and can develop fine lines, pigmentation, uneven texture and crepey skin.
How NeoGen helps
Controlled plasma energy initiates epidermal renewal and dermal remodelling.
As damaged superficial tissue is renewed and collagen remodelling develops beneath the surface, the skin can progressively appear smoother and more even.
What can it help with?
Sun-damaged skin, fine lines, crepey texture, uneven skin quality and signs of photoageing.
Neck + Décolletage
£750 per treatment
Recommended course: typically 3 treatments
This combined treatment addresses two areas frequently affected by visible ageing and photodamage.
Treating them together can produce a more balanced improvement in skin quality from the jawline through to the upper chest.
Arms
£495 per treatment – both arms
Recommended course: typically 3 treatments
Ageing of the arms can produce thinning, crepiness, uneven texture and reduced skin firmness.
How NeoGen helps
The thermal effect generated by nitrogen plasma stimulates a controlled regenerative response within the treated skin.
Progressive dermal remodelling can improve skin texture and quality and may improve the appearance of mild-to-moderate laxity.
What should I expect?
Body skin behaves differently from facial skin and improvement is progressive.
A course of approximately 3 treatments would commonly be considered, with the final recommendation based upon the degree of skin change.
Hands
£250 per treatment – both hands
Recommended course: typically 3 treatments
Hands are continually exposed to sunlight and environmental damage and often reveal visible ageing despite good facial skincare.
How NeoGen helps
Plasma-induced skin regeneration can improve superficial texture and signs of photodamage while stimulating dermal remodelling.
What can it help with?
Fine lines, crepey texture, sun-damaged appearance and general deterioration in skin quality.
Knees
£250 per treatment – both knees
Recommended course: typically 3–4 treatments
Skin around the knees can become crepey and lax, particularly following ageing or changes in body weight.
How NeoGen helps
Controlled thermal energy stimulates tissue regeneration and collagen remodelling within the treated skin.
The objective is to improve skin quality and texture, rather than to remove underlying fat or substantially change the anatomy of the knee.
What should I expect?
Body areas may require a more progressive approach than facial treatment. We would commonly consider 3–4 treatments, depending upon the degree of laxity and treatment response.
Stomach / Abdomen
£750 per treatment
Recommended course: typically 3–4 treatments
The abdominal skin can develop laxity and textural changes following ageing, pregnancy or significant changes in weight.
How NeoGen helps
NeoGen transfers controlled thermal energy into the skin to initiate regeneration and collagen remodelling.
Treatment is aimed primarily at improving skin quality, texture and mild-to-moderate laxity.
It does not remove abdominal fat and is not a substitute for surgery where significant excess skin is present.
What should I expect?
We commonly recommend considering 3–4 progressive treatments, although suitability depends considerably on the degree and cause of the skin laxity.
Acne Scarring & Other Scars
Small or Localised Scar – from £250 per treatment
Larger Areas / Acne Scarring – from £495 per treatment
Recommended course: usually 3–5 treatments, depending on the scar
Scars represent an alteration in the normal architecture of the skin. Successful scar treatment therefore requires more than simply treating the surface.
How NeoGen helps scars
Nitrogen plasma creates controlled thermal modification through the epidermis and into the dermis.
This initiates a wound-healing and remodelling response, encouraging collagen turnover and reorganisation within the scarred tissue.
Clinical studies of plasma skin regeneration have demonstrated improvement in acne scarring and traumatic scars, although the response varies according to scar type and depth.
What can it help with?
Atrophic acne scars, selected traumatic scars, uneven scar texture and some superficial scars.
How many treatments will I need?
Scar treatment is highly individual.
A course of approximately 3–5 treatments may be recommended for progressive scar remodelling.
Alternatively, selected patients may be considered for a more intensive high-energy treatment.
Deep, tethered or complex scars may require combination treatment or may respond only partially to NeoGen.
Your scars will therefore be assessed individually before a treatment programme is recommended.
Fungal Toenail Treatment
£50 per affected toe, per treatment
Recommended course: 6 treatments
Six treatments for one affected toenail – £300
Fungal nail infection – onychomycosis – occurs when fungal organisms infect the nail plate and/or nail bed, leading to changes including thickening, discolouration and distortion.
Why consultation is important
A thickened or discoloured nail is not automatically a fungal infection. Trauma, psoriasis and several other nail disorders can produce a similar appearance.
For this reason, appropriate assessment is important before treatment.
What should I expect?
Where treatment is considered clinically appropriate, we recommend a course of 6 sessions.
Toenails grow slowly, so improvement cannot be judged simply by how the nail looks immediately after treatment. The objective is for healthier nail to progressively grow forward from the nail matrix.
Complete replacement of a toenail can take many months.
NeoGen treatment should not be presented as a guaranteed cure for fungal nail infection, and additional or alternative antifungal management may be recommended where clinically appropriate.
Seborrhoeic Keratosis – SK
Individual lesion – £75 per treatment
Up to 6 treatments for one lesion – up to £450
High-Energy Small Area – from £400
Seborrhoeic keratoses are common benign skin growths that can become increasingly raised, rough or pigmented over time.
NeoGen PSR is specifically indicated for the treatment of seborrhoeic keratoses.
How NeoGen helps
For lesion treatment, a focused NeoGen applicator can deliver controlled thermal energy directly to the target tissue.
Rather than treating the surrounding skin as a general rejuvenation treatment, the objective is controlled thermal treatment of the lesion.
The treated tissue subsequently undergoes a healing response and progressively resolves.
How many treatments will I need?
Some lesions may respond following a single treatment; thicker or more resistant lesions can require further treatment.
We therefore advise that up to 6 treatments may occasionally be required for an individual lesion, with the lesion reassessed between treatments.
Clinical assessment is essential
Not every raised or pigmented lesion is a seborrhoeic keratosis.
All lesions must therefore be appropriately assessed before treatment. If there is uncertainty regarding the diagnosis, NeoGen treatment will not proceed until appropriate medical assessment has been obtained.
Actinic Keratosis – AK
Individual lesion – £75 per treatment
Up to 6 treatments for one lesion – up to £450
Actinic keratoses – sometimes called solar keratoses – are areas of abnormal keratinocyte growth associated with cumulative ultraviolet exposure.
They are clinically important because a proportion can progress to cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.
NeoGen PSR is specifically indicated for the treatment of actinic keratoses.
How NeoGen helps
NeoGen delivers controlled thermal energy to the abnormal superficial tissue.
The objective is controlled treatment of the affected epidermal tissue followed by healing and regeneration of the treated area.
How many treatments will I need?
The number of treatments depends upon the lesion and its clinical response.
Up to 6 treatments may be required, although some lesions may require considerably fewer.
Assessment comes first
An actinic keratosis should never simply be treated as a cosmetic blemish.
We will assess the lesion before treatment. Where its appearance, behaviour or history raises concern about possible malignancy or an alternative diagnosis, appropriate medical investigation or referral will take priority over NeoGen treatment.
Intensive NeoGen High-Energy Resurfacing
Full Face – from £2,500
Full Face + Eyes – from £2,750
Usually one intensive treatment followed by review
Not every patient needs a course of lower-energy NeoGen treatments.
For selected patients requiring more substantial skin remodelling, NeoGen can be performed at significantly higher energy levels.
How does high-energy NeoGen work?
Increasing the delivered plasma energy increases the depth and intensity of the controlled thermal effect.
This creates more substantial thermal modification of the epidermis and underlying dermis and consequently produces a stronger regenerative and remodelling response.
At higher energies, the treated epidermis initially remains in place and acts as a natural biological covering before progressively shedding as newly regenerated epidermis develops underneath.
Meanwhile, deeper dermal remodelling continues.
What can high-energy treatment address?
More established wrinkles and rhytides, significant photodamage, advanced skin texture changes, acne scarring and patients seeking more substantial resurfacing and remodelling than would normally be expected from a low-energy treatment.
How many treatments will I need?
High-energy NeoGen is generally approached differently from a progressive low-energy course.
For appropriate patients, one intensive treatment may be performed initially, followed by clinical review once healing and remodelling have progressed.
Additional treatment is only considered according to the clinical response and treatment objectives.
What about downtime?
Higher energy creates a greater tissue response and therefore requires considerably more preparation, aftercare and recovery than our progressive treatments.
Your expected recovery will be discussed in detail before treatment.
Progressive NeoGen or Intensive NeoGen – Which Is Right for Me?
There are two fundamentally different ways we can approach NeoGen treatment.
Progressive NeoGen
Lower or moderate energy treatments performed as a course.
This approach is generally chosen when we want gradual improvement with a more manageable recovery period.
Depending on the indication, this will commonly involve approximately 3 treatments, although some body areas and scars may require additional sessions.
Intensive NeoGen
Higher-energy treatment designed to create a more substantial regenerative response from a single procedure.
This may be appropriate for more advanced ageing, significant photodamage, established wrinkles or selected scarring.
The trade-off is greater downtime and a more involved recovery period.
More energy is not automatically better.
The objective is to use the most appropriate energy to produce the required biological response while considering your skin, indication and acceptable recovery time.
Why NeoGen Works Differently
NeoGen is not a laser.
The system uses ultra-high radiofrequency energy to convert medical-grade nitrogen into nitrogen plasma. The plasma is released from the handpiece in extremely short controlled pulses and transfers thermal energy into the skin.
Because the treatment does not depend upon targeting a particular chromophore such as melanin, haemoglobin or water with a specific wavelength, its interaction with the skin differs from conventional laser and light technologies.
The amount of energy delivered determines the depth and intensity of the response.
At appropriate treatment settings this produces controlled thermal modification of the epidermis and underlying dermis, triggering regeneration, fibroblast activity and collagen remodelling.
This ability to vary the energy is what allows NeoGen to range from progressive skin rejuvenation through to intensive resurfacing and targeted treatment of selected dermatological lesions.
When Will I See My NeoGen Results?
NeoGen should be thought of as a regenerative treatment rather than an instant treatment.
Some improvements in skin texture and appearance may become visible relatively early, but this is only part of the process.
Collagen formation and remodelling continue after the initial recovery period. Improvements can therefore continue to develop over several months.
For patients having a course of treatments, the final result should not be judged immediately after the first session.
Your progress can be documented throughout your treatment programme so that we can assess changes objectively and determine whether further treatment is appropriate.
Your NeoGen Consultation at Sculpture Clinic
There is no universal NeoGen protocol that is right for every patient.
Before recommending treatment, we consider:
your primary skin concerns; the condition and quality of your skin; your skin type; previous treatments; medical and medication history; the area being treated; the degree of correction required; your tolerance for downtime; and your expectations from treatment.
From this assessment we can determine the treatment area, energy strategy, recommended number of treatments and expected recovery.
Where a lesion or medical skin condition requires further assessment, treatment will only proceed when we are satisfied that NeoGen is clinically appropriate.
